What's New in Puck Yeah

Every feature, improvement and fix since day one.

Coming in v1.9.8

Readable Chart TooltipsThe tooltips on the stats charts were drawing their text black on a dark background, so the numbers you tap for were almost impossible to read, most noticeably on Grind vs Rating and Ratio vs Rating. Every chart tooltip now uses the proper light text so the label and value rows are clear. Reported by Miles. (thanks Miles)
Clearer Jarvis Challenge AveragesThe daily Jarvis challenge now says it is asking you to beat your all-time average, so it no longer looks like it disagrees with the this-week average shown on the weekly challenge card. Both numbers were always live and correct, they were just two different time spans wearing the same label. Reported by Steven. (thanks Steven)

Flow Rate on Every Shot

New

Every shot now shows its flow rate in grams per second (your yield divided by the shot time), on the expanded shot card, the share card and the shot comparison view. Since it is worked out from data you already log, it appears on all your past shots too, so you can see at a glance how a grind change moved the flow. Requested by Jeffrey.

Jarvis Flow Rate Targeting

New

Ask Jarvis to "Hit a flow rate target" and it works out the flow rate your best-rated shots tend to land at, then tells you roughly how many grinder marks finer or coarser to move to get your current shot there. The target comes from your own history rather than a one-size-fits-all range, and the grind suggestion respects your grinder's step size and scale direction. Requested by Jeffrey.
